Today I Choose Joy.

Climbing mountains can be challenging and exhilarating. (I am guessing, I don’t know, I don’t actually do that.) But what I know can be really challenging is to choose to find joy not only at life’s peaks but also in the valleys and everywhere in between.

Together with my friends and family, my “framily” I look for ways to make daily life joy-filled, fun, and maybe as exciting as climbing a mountain.
